In January 2025, xista will break ground on its third building. Spanning 4,700 m², this cutting-edge facility will offer 1,000 m² of expandable lab space, in addition to office space. This expansion is a response to surging demand for lab and office spaces for deep tech ventures, as xista continues to attract companies from diverse sectors like medicine, AI research, renewable energy, and laser technologies.
